Informatica- Fatal Error Oradriver.cpp at line 416- Resolution

I was working on SCD type2. I got the above error. I used the lookup transformation. I set database connections properly in both Lookup properties, Session properties, Session mapping.

Error:

FATAL ERROR: Unexpected Condition in file
[\ZeusbuilderProduction\view\powrmart\common\odl\ora cle8\oradriv
er.cpp] line [416]. Contact Informatica Technical Support for
assistance. Aborting this DTM process due to an unexpected
condition.

Still I got the above problem. I have searched all the Blogs/Communities, no one was given clue.

Resolution:

I did research on Source and Target. I selected Target/Source both ORACLE. After importing the source, I did preview data. Then, I am able to see CHAR data.

I did a preview on Target. I got Binary data. I surprised. Then I changed the data type suitably to see CHAR data. Then I ran a workflow that was successful
